This role focuses on ensuring the optimal operation and reliability of mechanical systems within the paint shop, including preventive and corrective maintenance. The engineer will troubleshoot mechanical failures, support equipment installation, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Experience with conveyor systems, paint circulation systems, and curing ovens is required.
